The standard Privilege AI terms are being finalized with counsel and will be published on this page.
Privilege AI is provisioned under a written agreement between Agency Cyber Inc. and your organization. Until the standard terms are published here, that signed agreement is the operative document for your use of the service.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using Privilege AI does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or make a communication privileged. Privilege depends on your counsel’s involvement and the circumstances of the communication; the product produces the record that supports the claim.
